A Wonderful Afterlife's premiere in Mumbai

This was Gurinder Chadhas moment to shine! The director, dressed in a floor-length maroon gown, welcomed guests from B-town to catch the premiere of her film Its A Wonderful Afterlife, presented by Indian Films.

Accompanying her was husband Paul Mayeda Berges. Shabana Azmis family including hubby Javed Akhtar, brother Baba Azmi and sister-in-law Tanvi Azmi were present to support her. Neha Dhupias short yellow outfit seemed perfect for the balmy summer evening. Anu Ranjan and her daughters Anushka and Akanksha enjoyed the show, as did Ayub Khan and Gaurav Kapur who loaded themselves with snacks and colas before heading for the screening. Medha and Anup Jalota, Sanjay Suri, Divya Dutta, David and Lali Dhawan, Neetu Chandra, Rahul Bose and Satish Kaushik were some of the other guests who attended the premiere. Vidya Malavade came in solo. Sporting a simple jeans and shirt look were Zarine Khan and Amrita Rao. Ruslaan Mumtaz too came to watch the film, and was seen catching up with Satish later. After the screening, the guests were seen congratulating Gurinder and Shabana.
