Strong Chracters of Rajneeti
Raajneeti is an upcoming 2010 Indian political thriller written, directed, and produced by Prakash Jha. The film, shot in Bhopal, stars Ajay Devgan, Katrina Kaif, Ranbir Kapoor and Arjun Rampal in lead roles. The film is scheduled for release on May 4, 2010.
The film is hugely influenced by the epic story from the Indian religious history the "Mahabharat", and is set in the milieu of contemporary electoral politics. So the films characters are going to have the similar dilemmas and experiences drawn from the story of Mahabharat.
Director Prakash Jha set the ball rolling by describing his film "as a family drama. It is a story about a family anywhere in India. The characters have been drawn from the epic Mahabharata."
