Belonging to a sports family, Deepika has always been a Formula One fan with Force India being her favorite team. She always wanted to experience the thrill of watching a race live and Dr Vijay Mallya Chairman Kingfisher Airlines who also co-owns the Force India Formula One team makes her wish come true.

Deepika Padukone is the new face of Kingfisher F1 team! Looks like Deepika is truly the lucky mascot for Mallya. The gorgeous Deepika was the center of attraction on the opening day of IPL 2010. Not only did she give a red-hot performance on the Uff Teri Adaa her famous dance number from Kartik Calling Kartik but she was also spotted having good time with Royal Challengers owner, Vijay Mallya and his son Siddharth.

The two youngsters were so busy with each other that they hardly looked up to watch the ongoing match. Apart from taking a 5 minute break from their conversation to have dinner; Deepika seemed at utmost comfort interacting with the Kingfisher heir and his friends. The two seemed very fond of each others company, so much so that they even chose to leave the venue together just minutes into the second half of the match.
